Ditjen Pajak Larang Lapor SPT Lewat Channel Tak Resmi

Jakarta – Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Ditjen Pajak) mengimbau seluruh wajib pajak (WP) agar tidak menggunakan channeling atau saluran pelaporan SPT selain DJP online atau website resmi.

Direktur Penyuluhan, Pelayanan, dan Humas Ditjen Pajak Hestu Yoga Saksama mengatakan imbauan tersebut demi menjaga kerahasiaan data para WP.

“Ada aplikasi yang seolah channel sampaikan SPT, kami imbau agar WP memanfaatkan channel resmi saja, yaitu DJP online,” kata Hestu saat acara Kelas Pajak mengenai pelaporan SPT di Kantor Pusat Ditjen Pajak, Jakarta, Senin (25/2/2019).

Hestu menyebutkan, saat ini banyak bermunculan aplikasi layanan pelaporan SPT yang terhubung dengan website resmi Ditjen Pajak. Namun, hubungan tersebut hanya sebatas pada halaman utama otoritas pajak nasional.

“Kenapa? Soalnya kami tidak bisa menjamin kalau masuk ke situ nggak ada risikonya, masuk ke aplikasi itu. Bisa saja datanya mereka simpan atau apa gitu ya. Saya juga kurang paham. Lebih baik manfaatkan situs resmi kami DJP Online, ” ujar dia.

Selain itu, Ditjen Pajak juga akan menerapkan istilah jemput bola pada program pelaporan SPT Tahunan. Jemput bola tersebut, seperti membuka layanan pelaporan di perusahaan-perusahaan hingga membuka layanan di kantor desa.

Dalam pelaksanaannya, otoritas pajak nasional berkolaborasi dengan Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI), serta memberdayakan relawan yang merupakan mahasiswa. Jumlah relawan ini ada ribuan dan tersebar di seluruh Indonesia.

“Tujuannya membimbing pengisian pajak, ini gratis. Kita latih WP mengisi bersama petugas pajak,” ujar dia.

Pada tahun ini, Ditjen Pajak menargetkan lebih dari 80% pelaporan SPT melalui online atau efiling. Namun, pihaknya juga tidak melarang masyarakat untuk melaporkan secara manual.

Selanjutnya, Ditjen Pajak juga menargetkan tingkat kepatuhan pelaporan SPT pada tahun ini mencapai 80% atau lebih tinggi dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai 71%.

Adapun, jumlah masyarakat pemilik NPWP tercatat sekitar 38 juta. Dari angka tersebut yang wajib melaporkan SPT periode 2017 sebanyak 17,6 juta. Sampai batas waktu yang ditentukan di tahun 2018 tercatat hanya 12,5 juta WP yang melaporkan kewajiban pajaknya. (hek/zlf)
