Ditjen Pajak Punya Teknologi Lacak Wajib Pajak Via Medsos

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia — Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Kementerian Keuangan (DJP Kemenkeu) mengaku telah memiliki teknologi yang bisa merekam data media sosial Wajib Pajak (WP), dan menyandingkannya dengan kepemilikan saham dan data perpajakan seperti Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) dan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN).

Direktur Transformasi Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi DJP Iwan Djuniardi menyebutkan teknologi itu bernama Social Network Analytics (Soneta) dan sudah diperkenalkan sejak tahun lalu.

Hanya saja, saat ini teknologi tersebut digunakan di dalam internal DJP saja. Sebab menurutnya, ada beberapa pertimbangan yang dilakukan sebelum aplikasi itu bisa digunakan untuk menggali data WP lewat media sosial.

“Penggalian potensi dari media sosial secara tersistem dan masif belum dilakukan karena kami harus sangat hati-hati dengan pertimbangan integritas data dan manajemen data,” ujar Iwan kepada CNNIndonesia.com, beberapa waktu lalu.

Iwan juga mengaku belum tahu waktu yang tepat untuk bisa menggunakan teknologi tersebut secara luas. Sebab, DJP masih perlu melakukan perbaikan aplikasi Soneta di dalam penggunaan internal DJP.

Terlebih, menurutnya, data media sosial yang dihimpun DJP harus dianalisis, dikoreksi, dan diformat lagi ke dalam data kualitas tinggi agar hasilnya lebih akurat. Proses ini diberi nama data cleansing.

“Semua harus dilakukan secara hati-hati. Jangan sampai malah timbul keresahan gara-gara data yang tidak akurat,” pungkasnya.

Sampai saat ini, DJP telah menggali data WP melalui media sosial. Hanya saja, cara itu masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Iwan mengatakan sejauh ini penggalian data WP melalui media sosial baru dilakukan oleh fiskus pajak, atau lebih dikenal dengan Account Representatives (AR).

Para fiskus ini berinisiatif menggali informasi dari media sosial dan mencocokkan dengan pelaporan pajaknya. Dengan demikian, kriteria-kriteria pengguna media sosial yang bisa dilacak DJP ditentukan oleh fiskus bersangkutan.

“Memang masih dilakukan oleh AR, karena AR bisa mencari data dari mana saja, termasuk media sosial,” jelas Iwan
